Depending on what you purchase on boomerz.com.au and where it needs to be delivered your shipping cost will vary. The price of the delivery is based on the size and weight of the item. Shipping is calculated of; the larger of the package size or weight. In most cases larger the item, the more expensive delivery will be. Higher shipping charges will incur on large items.
You can choose between fastest or cheapest delivery options at the checkout page during your purchase.
In some instances orders may be sourced or supplied by different BOOMERZ facilities, in this case we may use more than one Courier Company and order may arrive in multiple consignments. No extra cost will occur to the customer in this case.
As we use multiple Courier Companies, for smaller items delivery time will be between 2-10 business days and for larger items 3 - 10 business days after dispatch. Courier companies we use only delivers on week days.
We do not deliver to the following addresses:
- Australian Armed Forces addresses
- PO Boxes
- Private Parcel Lockers
- Orders recieved before 2:30pm (Queensland time) will be dispatched same day for next business day delivery.
- Orders recieved after 2:30pm (Queensland time) will be dispatched next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the following business day.
For Following Reasons Delays In Order May Occur
- Incorrect address has been entered while ordering.
- Incorrect Credit Card information was entered against the order.
- For fraud prevention personal details may need to be confirmed, this may delay shipping.
- In some instances we may need to re-order the product from the suppliers. This will only happen if the ordered product is in high demand. If it happens customer will be notified at the earliest.
- Uncongenial circumstances beyond our control. Such as storms, floods and all other catastrophe
